Easy Ice-cream, No Dairy, No Sugar.... but so delicious

Peel 1 banana per person
Break them into about 4-5 pieces and freeze.
Let thaw about 20 minutes, then place in your food processor!
In less than 1 minute you will have a creamy banana ice-cream.

Mix in cherries, cinnamon, or whatever delight you can think of!
I was amazed at how creamy this is!!
